The disc cultivator works superficially and, in a single pass, is able to mix and prepare the seedbed.

Alpego’s range of disc harrows guarantees fertility maintenance and high mixing of crop residues.

For greater functionality they are designed to be coupled to JET-X, ASPRO and ASMAX seed drills in place of the power harrow.

Interchangeability

QUICK RELEASE OF THE SEED-DRILLING BAR AND DISTRIBUTION HEAD

The seed-drilling bar is quickly and safely removed in just 15 minutes thanks to the quick release parallelogram system on the roller (1).

The centralised distribution head (2), attached to the seed-drilling bar (3) in both rigid and foldable versions, makes it possible to safely speed up coupling and release operations. (Foldable versions are equipped with parking feet per standard).

PERFECT COMPATIBILITY

Interchangeability of the RUBBER seed-drilling bar (with centralised distribution head) between Maratona MG and RK and RmaX power harrow or between Maratona MK and DK TOP power harrow. For the MK versions, the reduced transport width is always 2.5 m.

Herringbone layout of discs

Double row of discs positioned in Fishbone and adjustable individually in height to ensure optimal soil mixing.

Special Long-life bearings

Special "Long-Life" bearings require no lubrication. The sprung support allows adaptation to uneven ground and deviation of the discs if they encounter fixed obstacles.
