Monica is a production employee, Elisa works in administration. Two sisters, born and bred in the same area where Alpego was founded, who chose to work side by side, bringing in different skills to contribute to the growth of a company that was already solid, deep-rooted and constantly evolving. They are happy to be part of an ambitious project and to share their expectations and dreams for tomorrow with Alpego.
In over 30 years of business, many stories have been intertwined with Alpego’s, creating a strong bond with the local area. One of the first employees, Aldo, firmly believing in the solidity, concreteness and long-term vision of the project, wanted to bring his son Giovanni into the company.
